Variance: additional 5ft height. Other zoning violations.
No condition for traffic calming
Impact: traffic -1000 vehicle trip/day

Legal issues: enforcing Settlement Agreement, reinstating residents' group

Traffic Calming

No consideration for the impact of new developments (Meridian Complex, upcoming condo projects, Miami Beach High, Hebrew Academy, Rakow Center)
No plan for mitigating traffic intrusion
Only one method for speed reduction (speed tables)
No transparency, no education, and little information. No neighborhood participation in decision making.
