Mission Statement

The Bayshore Homeowner Association (BHA) represents the residents of the Bayshore Neighborhood between Alton Rd., Pine Tree Dr., Dade Blvd, and 41 Str. The neighborhood surrounds the Bayshore and the PAR-3 golf courses. The purpose of BHA is to preserve and improve the single-family character of this neighborhood as well as to protect the environment.

History

The BHA was established in August, 2001 to continue the valuable work and services provided by the Mid-Golf Neighborhood Association Inc. (MGNA). The MGNA ceased to exist in 1999. While resurrecting MGNA turned out to be costly and impracticable, there is an increasing demand for an organized representation of the neighborhood. We live in relatively small neighborhood where any new development in this area impacts everyone. Due to its central location, this is also a vibrant, constantly changing neighborhood requiring extreme and continuous vigilance.
